Welcome to Gaia Salon! We want your first experience with us to be relaxing, personalized, and enjoyable from the moment you arrive.

  • Parking & Arrival: You’ll find convenient parking options, including lots behind Colony Square and the Manhattan Town Center, or two-hour street parking along Poyntz Avenue. Once you’ve parked, head inside for your appointment.
  • Warm Welcome: Our friendly team will greet you, offer you a beverage, and ensure you’re settled in comfortably.
  • Personal Consultation: Your stylist will begin with a one-on-one consultation to understand your needs and preferences. We’ll discuss your hair goals, desired style, and any concerns you might have to ensure we create a customized plan just for you.
  • Signature Shampoo Experience: Enjoy a luxurious shampoo that includes a hot towel neck stretch, aromatherapy, and a warm steam towel with your conditioning treatment—an experience that’s both rejuvenating and soothing.
  • Relax & Rejuvenate: If you’re receiving a color service, you’ll also have the option of a wellness ritual with either a neck/shoulder massage or a Hand Relief™ hand massage to elevate your relaxation.
  • The Finishing Touch: Every haircut includes a full blow-dry and style, so you’ll leave the salon looking and feeling your best.
  • Wrap-Up & Recommendations: Before you go, we’ll recommend the perfect products to maintain your look at home, and our Guest Care team will help you pre-book your next appointment to ensure your hair always looks fabulous.

Cancellations

At Gaia Salon, we value your time and strive to provide the best service possible. In order to ensure a smooth experience for all of our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

  • 24-Hour Notice: We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for any changes or cancellations to your appointment.
  • First-Time Grace: Life happens! Your first cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will be allowed at no charge.
  • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: For any subsequent cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, or if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, a fee of 50% of the scheduled service will apply.
  • Multiple Missed Appointments: If you miss multiple appointments, you may be subject to a 100% charge of the scheduled services.

We understand that emergencies happen, and we do our best to accommodate. However, this policy allows us to respect the time of both our stylists and clients. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Late Arrivals

At Gaia Salon, we strive to provide a high-quality experience for every guest. To ensure our schedule runs smoothly and respects the time of all our clients:

  • 15-Minute Grace Period: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you with a shortened version of your service at full price.
  • Rescheduling Option: If time does not allow us to complete a shortened service, we will need to reschedule your appointment, which will be considered a late cancellation and subject to our cancellation policy.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain an efficient schedule for all our guests.

Parking

When visiting Gaia Salon in downtown Manhattan, KS, we offer convenient parking options:

  • Colony Square Parking Lot: Located directly behind the Colony Square building, just a short walk from the salon. Accessible via Poyntz Avenue.
  • Mall Parking Lot: Situated next to the Manhattan Town Center, this lot offers plenty of parking spaces and is also accessible from Poyntz Avenue.

Additionally, two-hour street parking is available along Poyntz Avenue right in front of the salon.

We recommend arriving a few minutes early to secure parking and enjoy a relaxed start to your appointment. We look forward to welcoming you!
