Walked in was not greeted and just ignored completley wont ever be coming to this place nor will I send anyone. A very unwelcoming/inviting atomosphere this place has. Yikes.

I have nothing negative to say about Gaia, or anyone who works there. I have been seeing Christine at Gaia for over three years now and each visit has been nothing short of excellent. I genuinely look forward to coming in just for a haircut because the environment is great, and Christine is such a fun person to be around.

Got my hair colored by T and although she wasn’t familiar with styling my hair texture…she defined my curls beautifully!!! My hair color was very different from what I originally wanted but it’s still lovely! The ambiance was great and customer service was even better!Update!! A month later and my hair is extremely brittle and broken off. My hair was definitely over processed resulting in bald spots all over my head

I have never been to a salon this wonderful. Honestly they care about the health of my hair. Christine is fabulous, friendly, and always up for an adventure when it comes to what I want when I sit in her chair. All the staff, everyone of them, are kind and friendly and utterly helpful. They will answer any question you have about the products and have exhibited nothing but patience with my many questions. I have learned so much about taking care of myself, they even help with my teenage sons skin problems. But as with anywhere you pay for what you get, these guys are quality through and through. I never worry about my hair here, after many places that have done such botched jobs and terrible colors I finally feel as if I've found a place that will actually talk me through ideas. 100% recommend.

I love love LOVE Gaia! I cannot express this enough. Each time I have been, there is such a friendly atmosphere from each and everyone there!Danielle is AMAZING with my hair! She takes the time to walk me through what we’re going to do, she’s so friendly and makes sure I’m completely satisfied with my color and cut. Plus she has a fun personality that makes going to the salon enjoyable!Marianne is super sweet, funny, and does a wonderful job at making me feel comfortable! I was so nervous about getting a Brazilian, but shaving breaks me out SO bad and I knew I needed to try something else for some time now. I finally bit the bullet and tried our sugaring with Marianne. And wow am I happy that I did!! She made the experience so comfortable and easy. Not having to even worry about shaving is great, and the results of more fine and sparse hair in between appointments is mind blowing! I am recommending this to ALL ladies, you won’t regret it!Go to Gaia and fall in love with the salon for self care 🥰.

Had the pleasure of having two of your stylist at my sons wedding this past weekend. Tanda and Lindsay did a fantastic job. Lindsay did the hair and it all looked beautiful! Tanda out did herself with the make up and even followed the bride around for pictures making sure she looked flawless. They both went above and beyond for us! Thank you!!

I had a long week and called last minute. They worked magic to get me in and Rachel was so pleasant and helpful. The owner was working in the chair next to me and was so kind.I'm glad I bumped into Carrie and she reminded me that I was worth it and got in to get my hair washed and styled.
